K20 Mini fix?

Can anyone help me out here? I basically copied the Mini suspension and paired it with the standard K20 engine/drivetrain tune. The trans and (I suspect) downforce are a complete mess.

Now I’m not asking for this car to win at Sarthe, but more than 1 lap before I rip my hair out in frustration would be nice…
