Kaido Battle. stuck on Category Race Level 2

Can someone explain me how to unlock the level 3 in category race ( still in Hakone )

I've read all BBS / MAIL / INFO
I've won NA Festa / Turbo Festa / FF Attacker / FR/MR Attacker / 4WD Attacker / Light Weight Duel / Middle Weight Duel for level 1 & 2
I don't have a car yet to win Monster Weight Duel
I've won NORMAL CAR CUP in Advance Race
And I've beaten everyone that I've find in NightTime ( 350z + s2000 + lighter car ). The only opponent that I have is people that I've allready challenged and win.


I will be bored very soon .....

You have to win all category race and when it's night, you have to beat the "slasher" in night. Long time i didn't play this game. I was at Haruna.
