Sorry, should of posted an update. Thank you all for your kind offers, i found one near the closest intersection to the Ammu-Nation in La Mesa ( Towards the docks area). Keep changing sessions their, and you will find one spawn their. However, it will take a few session changes for the right vehicle group to spawn.
