That is very impressive, starting the slide so far before the corner and holding it sideways for so long. It's a pity the video isn't longer.

Was he driving his AE86, his proper D1 car or what? I couldn't really tell from inside.

Yes - it was his AE86.

EDIT:

Oh I apologize. I didn't know it was posted before.

Uh, damn....The speed in which that steering wheel was turning at looks like it could snap someone's wrist.

The steering during high speed drift is very light and easly spun, too bad the DFP cant do that.

Hi, do you know where this footage is from ? Option Video ?
Thanks

he was rated one of the top 3 drifters in the world by people on the drifting.com forums.

I like how he relies on agressive steering work to get the car sideways and keep it that way instead of getting in some 500hp Silvia. Both require great skill but ueo's techniques are unique.

He is a very smooth driver but he has to be really aggressive with the 86 to get it drifting well.

sometimes i think people post just to get their postcount up...hmmm... i think that tht Kei office car might be a s15.... and i suspect Nomura Ken drives a rwd R34 :dunce:

of cors it a AE86, just look in the intirior

Whoa, sorry just because I've never seen inside of one of those.

And s**t, the Kei Office car is Siliva? I must have been deceived all these years.....

That was rather impressive, although it would've made a sizeable dent in both his car and ego if he had hit that wall :scared:
