There are 2 youtube videos but the second one is Keiichi Tsuchiya. The publishing of that video led to him having his drivers license suspended in Japan.

Amazing skills but crazy to drift on public roads with oncoming traffic!

Keiichi Tsuchiya has always promoted safe drifting. On his early years, he drifted on public roads but on the safe side (no incoming traffic). So he isn't the person who drive on that video.
