You can not get an upper case "K" when you use right shift or get a question mark. Nothing appears on screen when they are pressed. Any suggestions?




Edit: I forgot, when you first turn it on the keyboard acts as if "+" is constantly being entered, and it continues to do so until you push backspace.

The first thing you should do is try another keyboard with your PC. If it results in the same problems, then you might be unlucky and have a mainboard problem. Otherwise it might be a simple dodgy keyboard problem.

Did you spill anything on your keyboard recently? Most of my keyboard problems have come from spilling beer/water/coke/etc. on it. I go through about a keyboard every six months because I eventually spill something on it - and it's usually beer. Typically, the symptoms involve gibberish appearing on screen when you try to type something normal.

It works with a different keyboard.
I haven't spilled anything on it, so I'm wondering whether or not I can simply clean the keyboard to fix it.
 
Well you've only had it for a few months, why not call Logitech and see if they will fix it?
 
And just like that, it beings working again. See: KKKK???? Magic!
 
It must have heard my death threats of being sent back to Logitech. :sly:
 
Nah. I think it realised that I was looking at the prices for a used G15 on Ebay.
