There was a show I saw not that long ago...I think it was like Crossing Jordan(I don't think it was, but it was that type show) where this guy's grandma was supposed to be cremated, and the operater buried people instead of actually bake them(as to speak) and they found this out cause his grandma had a pacemaker and he told the investigators and they asked if there was a pacemaker removed and the operater said "she didn't have one" or something like that and that's when they cracked the case...
