Klien racing in Spa

This is starting to get rediculous now, they say they are going to give both drivers equal chances whilst Liuzzi has only raced in 4 races compared to Kliens 11!?

RBR need to sort somin out, they are letting Liuzzi waste away in testing duties..
 
rbr are just ahead of bar in the points. why do you want them to put a better driver in the seat? jensen is having a hard enough time carrying the whole team himself already.
 
For some strange reason I like Klien better than Liuzzi, actually he is one of my favourite drivers.

I think he will be a future GP winner, but not a world champion.

Do you ever make an un-biased opinion? Facts don't just change because you like someone better than the other.



I think it's pretty unfair on Luizzi. Klien is doing alright though so I can sort of see where RBR are coming from.

Klien had some bad luck where he couldn't race (Indy, Hungary etc.). So they tried to make up for that, the fact that Klien has been doing a good job and putting in mature and reasonably fast drives has alot to do with keeping him in.

They have just been trying to maximise their points haul.

I think liuzzi is nothing special they keep saying how good he is but to me its looks like klien is the better driver.

You obviously didn't see the F3000 championship last year (now GP2). Liuzzi dominated it and thats why he got the job in F1. Klien is the better driver at the moment but thats because he has more experiance in a Formula 1 car than Liuzzi.
 
I heard Martin Brundle or one of them saying that Red Bull prefered Liuzzi over Klien and that Liuzzi was more likely to drive there next year. I prefer Liuzzi, he's got more character.
I think if Liuzzi had the same experience as Klien, he would be slightly better than Klien.

I prefer Liuzzi too, especially after watching most of last years F3000, If red bull do buy minardi then there will be no problem and they will have space for all there drivers

Now with Scott Speed in the mix it makes sense to buy minardi really.

And i guess i see Blake's points about being mature and everything but RBR said they will be fair and let both drivers race more equally than tht, i would be a very angry man if i was Liuzzi right about now..
 
Well I don't think that Liuzzi has been given a fair crack of the whip. However, it does make sense, because Klien could be moved to Team Leader of the Minardi team, accompanying Scott Speed, and leaving DC as Team Leader of the RBR team, with Liuzzi as the Padawan.

The only thing Jenson is carrying this season is his abnormally large ego. He considers himself a driver in Kimi or Alonso's league but he isn't. He should be lucky enough to drive a Williams next year, he barely deserves that.

I don't mind Jenson at all, he has smooth style and great overtaking, but your right, he does let his ego take charge of him sometimes (I.E. Trying to stay at BAR)

In simple words, hes a good driver, just a bad bloke.

yes jensen has a huge ego. no hes not on par with kimi. maybe alonso on a good day.

sure i hope all other teams suck so my team does good. dont the ferrari fans hope the mclarens and the renaults break so they can win a race the season? i'm sure the jordan and minardi fans loved indy...

No, I'm sorry, I really don't agree with that. Button is no where near Alonso's level. Alonso won a race all the way back in 2003, in his 2nd season of F1 racing. This is Button's 5th season of racing in F1 and he hasn't won a thing, despite being in the 2nd best car on the grid last year. There is no comparison in speed or racing ability.

I'm not even going to comment on your indy statement.

and in a bid to make the stupidest comment in this thread, I think Yvan Muller would be perfect for the Red Bull seat, in fact every seat would suit him, he is the greatest racer, EVER, or at least the greatest ever french driver (<- yes i do know how absurd that it), If not Yvan Muller, i would obviously be the next best candidate for the job, then Jenson has one more slow as all **** car he might be able take less than 20 laps to pass and Sato won't have to run into the back of me becuase I'll start behind him (and I'll do all I can to stay behind him if i want to finish the race). :P

what facts am i ignoring? bar screwed up this year, jensen has an amazingly huge ego for such a big baby and when i said hes on par with alonso i ment on a good day. on average no, hes not close to alonso. at all. sato i did give to much prase to. givin his fairly good season last year i though he was a more capible driver then he has turned out to be this year. that was a mistake.

as to my indy statement, it made sense. if your team had stayed in the race would you not look at bit more favoribly on the race? sure it was a sorry mess but it was GREAT for ferrari.

as to there being any jordan or minardi fans... i hear tell there are a few minardi fans over in afganistan living in caves...

and honestly if jordan wasnt running toyota power i'd root for them a litle bit on the side.

And I'm not one of those simpletons who hadn't heard of Yvan Muller until the weekend. The fact that Craig Loundes is my hero and Muller partnered him to the sandown 500 victory in no way is the single factor i think Yvan Muller is an absolute GUN! :dopey:
 
you guys really want to hear my make some unbiased opions huh. well ok then. Mclaren should win the contructors title given their raw performance. kimi should not win because he has been pushing a fragle car to hard. while he is the fastest on the grid next to ms alonso should win thre drivers because he has done a great reliable job other then in canada.

as for bar, sadly having the most powerfull engine on the grid wont do crap for having a crap chassis. next year they need to do a big turn around or their future wont look very good.
