Saw this pic today and it seems to be taken in Photo Travel. (the description/comment says photo mode, but i doubt it was taken on a race track)

Any ideas what location this is? How do i get it?

Its another unlockable photomode location. I don't know the details, I think its called Kyoto Shorein or something. Sorry, I haven't played the game in a while.

Well since its Deviantart, you can expect it to be changed or photo-shopped in some way.

Yeah thats what i thought first, but it doesn't look photoshopped. The GT watermark is there, also there arent really any 'bugs' with the image. I don't think its photoshopped.

I have that location unlocked. Don't remember where though.

Like the others I don't remember how you unlock it but I have been using it as a photo location quite a lot, it's real and yes it is called " Kyoto Shoren-in".

Heres a example I took from December 13th

The picture you linked shows only one half of the location, the car is in a gateway and there is another section to it. My pictures above doesn't show the other half either.
