Aww... you love him really.
We're like one tightly knit family here.

Yeah, I'd hit it. Ha ha! That's a joke ... seriously.

I'd really like to have LOUDMUSIC as a license plate but it's a letter or two too long for every state that I've checked on.

I've tried and couldn't come up with anything cool. I think if I'm that vein with my auto I'll probably have some big sticker thing on the back glass. In a roadster like the S2000 I would put something on the rear-windscreen that comes up between the seats.

I dislike all those "2FS T4U" license plates and such like. And you sure you really want "LoudMusic" in the back of a S2000?

Heh. The plate on a Nissan Serena across the road from me says "phat1".
Probably cost more than the car did.

Liscense plates are passé. I imagine the fashionable alternative would look like this.

Sure! Why not?

Look like what, exactly?

I was wondering the same thing...

Come to Australia, so far as I know we don't have a limit on the length of license plates.

Only in America huh? Who gives a rat's arse how long your plates are?

Like what? I put an image in, but it kind of went wrong.

We have regulations per state. Most issued plates, across the nation are two groups of three. In Arkansas it's letters on one side, numbers on the other, then the next year they flip it. If you go personalized (vanity plate) they let you fill the center gap with another character.

In California I think there are always seven letters or numbers, but recently in the past few years they've added symbols. It's crazy! I've seen a heart and some other things which I can't remember.

But the most I've seen on one plate has been eight, which still doesn't get done what I want. Oh well.

Letters, then numbers, then they flip it...? Symbols?

I said it before and I'll say it again: Who gives a stuff what you have on your license plate...?

Is there a certain reason for that rule about the numbers and letters not exceding a certain amount? Or is it just the big-wigs saying "you will do this, and do it to our standards, or we will do this to you"?

I've seen fro Ka's with personal liscence plates. What a waste of time.

I'm lucky in a way, becasue I have seen loads of cars that have EEP (my enitials) on their standard plates,

Possibly because only that many will fit on our plate space? Hmm? (:

Awww, you let me down. Personalized (vanity) License plates on cars can be cool, so long as they're ... ermmm ... cool. (: But the bicycle thing is a tad bit youngish. Might want to throw that in an attic box for safe keeping, where the girls can't see it.
My mum says I'm cool

Yeah I know it's youngish but I had entirely forgotten it was there untill you made the thread, so eh.

Anyway I'll put it away one of these days, along with my crib, bottle etc.

Here in Cali, we get some great license plate options. We've got 7 digits/letters standard. Then...for vanity plates you get 7 alphanumerics and 1 space. If you want more than 1 space, it takes up a letter spot. Then...there are the spiffy looking symbols. I've seen a heart, star, and hand (waving?).
