The Diablo VTTT (Viscous Traction Twin Turbo) is a rare dealer special that was offered by San Diego/Orange County Lamborghini dealership Platinum Motors. Only eight were produced, between 1996 and 1998.

With the addition of two Garrett turbochargers, the 5.7 V12 produces over 750bhp; despite the four-wheel-drive, it was capable of spinning all four wheels at 70mph, according to one individual... fortunately, a switch on the dashboard allows the driver to limit the output to a more sane 600bhp.

I should probably mention performance...

In 600bhp tune, this thing went 220mph, but with the full-bore 750bhp, this was closer to 250...
And if top speeds in later GT installments are as unrealistic as they are in GT6, I'm sure it'd be even faster in game.

Regarding top speeds in GT6, I think I've heard the C7 Corvette can approach 200 stock (I remember seeing the test prototype going 198 in GT5), when the real one only goes about 180.

A few points on this, first of all the top speed claimed by manufacturer is not always the absolute top speed. For example stock F40s have gearing long enough that they can hit 220mph with just minor body mods (covering air intakes)! Top speeds are quoted as what is feasibly achievable over a certain distance, I think. I don't know much about the C7, is 180mph the highest speed recorded in the car stock over a certain distance or is absolutely the fastest it will go (drag limited?) Seems low!

180 for the Corvette is drag limited. The Z06 is claimed to go 185. Maybe the aero on the game isn't so realistic. If the Corvette had less drag, it could probably go faster.

Back in development of GT3, a old video showed this Diablo being modelled in PD. Unfortunately, the car didn't make but we would have had a chance of having this as a Standard car.
