Introduced at the Monterrey Car Week in California, the new Huracan Super Trofeo is the car set to replace the Gallardo in Lamborghini's one-make racing series. Like the GT3 car that is also set to race in 2015, it retains the Road car's Naturally aspirated 5.2L V10 and Managed by a Motec control unit but boosts a more powerful 602 HP. It also shares the same 6-Speed Sequential as the GT3 car as well as the Brembo Carbon Ceramic Discs. Its bodywork is composed of composite materials and has been developled, along with the aerodynamics, in collaboration with Dallara Engineering includng the direct involvement of the founder Gian Paolo Dallara.

The addition of this car would not only add another Huracan GT race car, but would also allow people to have their own One-Make championships.
