Hey guys I found this tread on the official gran turismo forums.
So it stands to reason we will also have them in GT5, as it has been stated that cars are transfererable, and ownable so that we may keep and carry forward our garages.
Oh, what am I basing this on you ask? Well, look in the red circled area, this is a screenshot from the PSP Mobile trailer (TY DoubleZ for posting the link), Im sure many more cars can be discerned from this segment, but I figured this would at least answer the question "will there be Lamborghini in GT5", and the answer is YES!!.
