I saved my game before Day 700 with $10 000 000 so I could buy the black LMP's

Since then I have used another card to progress to over 50% and opened up more cars etc. for use in Arcade mode.
PROBLEM:
When I try to connect to play a LAN game (x-over cable) I HAVE TO use card 1 as the host (fewer cars to add to favourites).
I have tried making a copy of card 2 and matching the lan settings to card 1. I have tried just using card 2 to host card 1 by reversing their Lan settings. I have made a copy of card 1 to host card 2 (which works). But for some reason I can't use card 2 to host a game.
