Lancer or Impreza

I was wondering about everyone else's thought's on the Lancer evo or the Impreza WRX. Before i used to like the impreza back when Colin Mcrae (spelling?) was driving one but then he switched to Ford so boo. Now i'm really beginning to like Tommi Makkinen and his car...plus i think the GT3 version of the Lancer is a little bit better than the Impreza. Anyone else have an opinion?
 
I like Impreza on dirt. Especially Prototype Impreza!
 
Yeah i think i like the impreza too, more because i can actually see one here in the states.
 
i have a lancer evo7 all souped up..........in the rally races...... there are no competition.....
i would recommend this......     on street just switch to soft tires and u should be good..
 
i agree evo 7 is the dog's balls it's sh**hot wot more can i say oh yeah mine can piss just about evey rally car in the game expecpt for escudo pike's peak version. But i have tried a spoued up impreza yet i will work on that now back soon
 
I wish they sold Lancers in the US...quite stylish and potential for souping up (as in the game).
 
I like the Impreza Prototype for the rally races.
 
Yeah i think they need to work on getting Lancers over here in the U.S., but first i'd like to see skylines.
 
especially the skyline since not many people would know what it is...plus that fact that it doesn't LOOK that powerful. I'd love to pull up next to a Cobra  and have the guy ( or girl, im an equal opportunity racer) look all snobbish at my R34. Only to cook them when it turns green.
 
Mitsubishi Lancer will be in the US in 2002. But they will only sell the RS version in the begining, not the EVO 7.
Lancer and Impreza is always fight each other in world Really events.
I drive a Impreza.
With the release of Nissan Z in US, I don't think the Skyline will be here soon.
If they sell Skyline here, I will sell my Impreza, forget about Lancer, and get it right away.

By the way, don't you all think the new Impreza and Lancer EVO 7 looks ugly? Old version looks much better for both of them....

 
Actually I think that both of teh Imprezas look awesome, and powerful. The Lancer doesnt have as major changes as the new Impreza, but I still welcome it.
 
Well actually skylines are legal here in the states now. With the advent of the right hand drive R34 versions you can import them in places like Los Angeles. I remember reading an Interview with Paul Walker ( Fast and the Furious) about how this movie got him into the hopped up import scene and how he drives a skyline around downtown L.A. and no one knows what it is. As far as the Lancers and Imprezas, i think the Impreza is a more beautiful car and maybe looks more powerful...although they are kinda similar in design.....and i love the new prototype Impreza.....sigh....if only Colin still raced for them.
 
Skyline is sold in UK, in here an import R34 cost twice as much as the stick price, (speaking of 100,000 ? for the top model). They could bring Skyline here, well, UK is not far, if they sell it in UK, why not sell it here in the US, I don't understand.
 
i think they dont' sell the lancer or the skyline is that different cities has different regulation towards the emission system......each car has to pass the city's regulations in order for it to be sold..
 
Emissions regulations are determined by the city?!?! I thought they were state or national at least.
 
i think that the lancer is best on the street and dirt i raced my evo6 rally car on deep forest and my impreza rally car and the evo was faster then i did the same thing on smokey mountain and the evo was faster there 2
