This car is an absolute beast. It was originally intended for use in Group S, which would have come into power in 1987. But Henri Toivonen's death put an end to Group B and the planned Group S. S should never have been banned as cars were limited to only 300 horsepower. But before this all happened, Lancia built their Group S machine early in 1986.
And they called it ECV. Sadly, the ECV never raced, it may have done some test runs, but as far as footage and photo's of it in action go, no way.
