Last two small updates

Anyone know what they actually did? I got one yesterday and one again today. I tried looking it up online and couldn't find anything. The only thing today's seemed to do was make everything jittery (menu Scrolls, red dot around track in preview before you start the race you entered). Even the game play seems jittery and not smooth. Is this perhaps a side affect from something else?

I noticed that when you adjust your power limiter the pp changes as you raise or lower it now. The other update may have been to fix the bug that crashed your system when you uploaded 1.03.

The first one fixed the endurance race bugs.

I noticed that when you adjust your power limiter the pp changes as you raise or lower it now. The other update may have been to fix the bug that crashed your system when you uploaded 1.03.

1.03 added the PP change during power limiter
 
I downloaded the last update, it turned out to be the seasonals with KTM, Scirocco and NSX...
But they're placed before the others, despite of the date which is newer... why?
And why it's not like GT5 where seasonal updates are invisible?
