latest app update issue

I'm still running iOS 3.1.3, so I'm not sure if that's the cause.

Anyway, since I last updated the app, the texts in posts is almost triple spaced (line spacing) and the text on the buttons is too high to see, but the buttons still work, and when I click on a picture now it's partially zoomed (so I have to zoom out to see the whole picture) and shows corners of pictures around it that come in diagonally

If I click on a post then go back it returns to normal but just that post, or even some threads are already normal

Is it just me? Or other ipod generations too?

(I can't update past iOS 3.1.3 because it's a 1st gen iPod touch I'm assuming, and I'm hoping for a new ipod soon but not sure)

Edit: even this post was spaced then I hit edit and it went back to normal

Also, another forum i have is doing the same thing and I think it's the same app forum engine (i don't know the correct term)

Yes, this is a known issue with the app. I'm not sure if or for how much longer the ForumRunner platform will continue to support iOS 3.
 
Most of my other apps, I just don't update because I've lost half of them but when I see it on my ipod itself, it's usually ok, so I go through with the update, but this time, I lost google translate among a few other apps and this spacing thing, which I am finally getting used to but still annoying

I suppose it'll still work if I didn't do the next update most likely
