"Latest" Tag?

I noticed this on the forum list; hadn't noticed it before.

If you look to the right of Gran Turismo Series it says "Latest: " and then a thread title. Has it always done that, and why does it only do it on that set of subfora?

It's not important, just an impertinent wondering

EDIT: And I went in out of curiosity and ended up reporting that Disregard thread too

I noticed that it normally pertains specifically to new suggestions in the suggestions section. I could be wrong.

It's because "Gran Turismo Series" is technically a sub-category instead of a sub-forum, and the recent post template for sub-categories includes the word "Latest". It has always been like that.
