Layering help...

Ok. I just recently got Photoshop elements 2, and have been trying to chop a CTS. I've added the spoiler, and want to transfer the entire car onto a different background. The only problem I'm having is that I can't move the car with the spoiler. can someone tell me how I fix this?

yeah..u need to flatten ur layers...either merge the layers down or flatten image..or save as jpg..whichever...these options are all at the bottom of the layer menu..what u have is ur spoiler on a seperate layer...so u need to merge or flatten..hope this helps!
