Le Mans Track - Too Photo Realistic??

Anybody has this impression when watching a replay/taking photos at Le Mans, that the cars look like they are just super-imposed a picture?

I will try to post pictures later. I was racing an SLR and the car seems it was racing against a blue background (as in the movies) and that the track and its environment was added afterwards.
 
La Sarthe looks horrible, especially the houses after the straight.
