Okay, I went to LeMans Classic this year, I brought my camcorder, and I finally decided to post here the short movie I made.
Feel free to comment, either good points, or bad ones ;)
This is the only way I'll improve my skills.

video

The 2000 thunes pictures at the beginning is like my signature in each and every music-movie I make.

Overall: 2.9/5

I like the cars you got on tape, but hey, if I like to see tight asses I watch porn, not car movies. Ok, it was just one ass shot but anyway I'm tired of the stereotype connecting cars with a sexist view on females.

Loved to see the GT40's coming by on the straight but missed the engine sound. Overall I miss a lot of engine sound in the movie.

Btw what was that blue car with 2 sharktails unconnected, appearing about 25 secs into the movie? It looked awesomely cool.

Good job anyway.

/D

That was cool except for the completely random ass shot. I mean I'm watchin' Porsches and Mustang's and GT40's fly by and the next thing I know i'm staring at some womans butt crack. I also would've like to have heard some engine sounds,to me that's half the entertainment, 50% watching the cars 50% hearing their awesome engines. Anyhoo, it was pretty cool, at least you got to go to LeMans!

Ok ok, I admit the ass shot was there mostly because of a friend who went crazy when he saw her...just to figure out he knew her a few seconds after : consider it's more of a private joke than anything else. I'm not keen on those things either. I'll try to make another one with more engine sounds, because most of them really sound like hell. I also did some other videos, and I'm uploading one at the moment, which is better in my opinion, even if less visually impressive. I got very few shots from this LeMans Classic : less than 30 minutes, because the camcorder screwed up with the batteries. Thanks for te advice anyway.

GTJugend : the blue car is a CD LM 64 from 1964. It is powered by a Panhard engine. 0.848 liter, flat 2 (2 cylinders). I think it still has the speed record for a 2cylinders engine less than 1L : 265km/h. None ever finished the race, but it was quite a challenge for those french to try to win with a 0.8L where the american racers came with engine 10 times bigger.
I've put this in because I live just 7km from the place these cars were built, and because they look very nice.

Ok, here's another video : it's L'Age d'Or de Montlhéry. It means the Golden Age (good oldies) and Montlhéry is a racetrack near Paris that closed after the last race held at this year's Age d'Or. So, these are the last shots you'll ever get from this racetrack. Too sad it has closed, there was too much history on this tarmac. And in this video you'll get to enjoy the engine sounds ;) Weighs 31.4 Mb, but is worth the wait. Sorry for the wmv format, but I did those videos with Windows Movie Maker and it won't let me encode in DivX...

Clik the link for the VIDEO

OKay okay guys. I'll patch this video to 1.1 and scrap that ass shot. I'll keep the original just for close friends. All other car/race fans should only see cars and race ^^
I have to tune it up so that we can hear some engine sounds, or completly scrap the music and let only those roaring engines. Any idea is welcome.

Any comments on the second video though ?

Nice vid, I would have also liked to hear the cars.

I found the ass shot funny, your looking out for what cars there are the all of a sudden you see a ass, not something you expected.

Cool car. Very odd engine.
