lemans toyota ts050 . medium tyres + setup 3:13:971 + penalty on strong as always

so lmp1 cars all have turbo upgrades..except ts050...and car is very slow...so with higher height you get more straight line speed..but at the same time...hybrid system in car doesnt work right...it goes out of electric straight away..
anybody noticed that...on gts car went 335 on 1 moulsanne straight..now 310 max with lowest downforce

i need this help lol, no top end speed but all the gr1's struggle.
 
here you go if it help...but wind needs to be just right...I still didn't figure out the perfect setup

here is the video of ts050 at lemans time trial 3:13:971..beating kobayashi time with medium tyres..same as he did and setup
