Gday to everyone here!
First things first, im an Aussie male(24) and i have just completed watching the entire series of InitialD (stage1, 2, 3 +extras)
It has made me soo addicted to drifting that i went and bought a steering wheel for ma ps2 and gt3. (MadCatz MC2 ps2/xbox/gc compatible).
Anyways, i stumbled onto this forum, and have thoroughly read through most of the FAQ's, the drift guides, and watched the "DriftBible" video.
I have to say im bloody impressed with ya vids!
Im trying my hardest to learn to drift and after 2 days of getting used to the wheel and how the games plays, ive managed to succesfully drift the first corner of Apricot Hill without spinning out.
i used the "Hachi Roku" or "Sprinter Trueno" boosted to 369hp and with the settings mentioned here:
http://pergatory.net/gt3/settings.html#180
So i guess this is basically just a big hello, and a thanks for all the "newb" prehelp you guys have written/video'd. It helped a lot.
and now...
..back to drifting
