Level 1000 ticket question

I'm sorry if this has already been asked...

Is it possible to earn the Level 1000 ticket twice? I know you win it after 100 races and 2000 kms but can you win it after 200 races and 4000 kms?

Also do Seasonal Event race wins count towards your wins for this ticket?

The reason I ask is because I want a 1000 ticket so I can get that 370Z GT Academy car and I burned my first 1000 ticket on something I don't even remember ages ago.
 
Yes you get it every time you "meet the requirements"
I have 370 gt academy car. It has miles and switches on it already, but I would be willing to trade it

Why a 1000 ticket? Can't you get yourself a level 12 ticket, or did you waste both of them already too? With a level 12 ticket you have a 1 in 27 chance.
