Level 21 Ticket or Bday 2000 ticket

I am trying to get a 2000 Ford V8 Supercar and I was told it can be found in a level 21 ticket or a bday 2000 ticket. Thanks I have a few things to offer
Chrome and gold paints
DLC Paints
And a few cars.

Go for the level 21 as that's a 1 in 38 chance, the 2000 ticket is a 1 in 92 chance 👍
