Level 23 Gift Car Ticket is no more?

Hello... I just got GT5 about 3 weeks ago and have not put it down since. I've gotten pretty far, but one thing that seems to be missing is a Level 23 Car Ticket. I won up to the Level 22 ticket but the Level 23 is nowhere to be found.

I've been reading that there used to be a Seasonal Event that offered the Level 23 ticket as the prize but that has expired. Do they offer it again from time to time as a Seasonal Event? Or am I out of luck? If I don't have the opportunity to win it, would anyone have an extra that they would be kind enough to gift to me?

I appreciate any help or information anyone can give. Thanks.
 
Occasionally, there will be a prize ticket for driving a certain amount of miles in the game and/or driving a certain track a number of times.

You need to gold every event in that chapter in order to receive it ;)

What are you referring to? There is no way anymore in game of receiving the Level 23 ticket, through seasonals or completing a certain level of A or B-Spec.
 
Level 23 tickets were only available from a seasonall event that is not available now, You cannot get it from A-spec or B-spec racing.
Trade for it or wait till PD add it as a prize in another seasonall.

I was just curious what seasonal it was from. I wouldnt need it for anything since I have every car on the ticket that isnt premium.

There currently making seasonal prizes as cars - RMs, then expensive standards and the 20million Ferrari in the latest seasonal - so I don't see them adding level tickets to the seasonals anytime soon, if they ever will again.

How did people get the level 0 ticket? Is that no longer available in A or B-Spec now because I can't get that one either.

The last seasonal that awarded a level 23 ticket was the B-spec Nurburgring Nordschleife Challenge. I believe there were two A-spec seasonals also.

The level 0 ticket was awarded in the GT Academy Car Challenge Round 1.

^^ my bad , been along time since I had to race for a ticket , sorry for the wrong advice .

Best go check the seasonals then. 1st in all new year events from 20th Dec to 10 Jan prize is a level 23. Never assume anything with PD they are not predictable.

This just proves I'm infallible and PD can surprise us nicely sometimes as well.

80% of the time they are predictable; but it's not always a horrible thing. I love the 20% when they are not, and this new Seasonal shows us what they have the ability to do. I just wish they would do it more often.
