You can win it with the B-spec time trial. I can share the Mobil 1 car which seems to do it easily just dont pit and keep driver at 75%.

I've just completed that race , got a merc clk race car from the ticket not the car I wanted.

Ahh i was wondering what people were on about when saying they got cars from this event. I dont bother opening tickets best to get a memory stick and if its not the car you want you can reload and open again i wont be able to send one until saturday if you dont get a trade before then send fr to ZEGOLFMAN.
