Level 24 Ticket Needed

I really need a level 24 ticket, I'm trying to collect some stuff and if someone is able to give me one then I will be really grateful. I made another thread but I guess it died out too quickly.

Just didn't understand how some other dude was able to get one for nothing and I offered up some stuff..
