I have a some good cars and a level 23 ticket willing to trade.

I have a ZZII with GT metallic and gold chrome rims .

Do Lv. 24 tickets even exist? I'm not sure they do... Aren't the only three 24 cars the three Formula 1's?

Yes, level 24 tickets exist and yes, there are only 3 cars you can get from it.
