Level '88 Ticket...

I understand that this sounds like a plea, but i have been scammed by 'stevengreen22' psn: stg2220583, which i have just found out has been banned! I sent him the BMW McLaren F1 Race Car '97 a week ago, which i bought from the UCD and had to grind Indy for ages. He said he would send the '88 ticket the day after, but never did.
So i kept contacting him and he said he would sent the ticket straight after reset, day after day; which he still hasn't done.

Am i asking, if anyone is duping and has a spare 1988 ticket, i would love one. I can give you some paints or W/E for it. I have used my trades up for today on cars :/

It's the first time i have been scammed in over 40 trades! :/ i wouldn't have minded if it was a worthless car, but it's 2 million credits.
 
I can send u a Bday 1988 tk 4 sum paint do u have gold metalic and sum matts ie blacks or chrones?
