After I beat a ton of the A spec events on my roommate's ps3, I bought the game for myself and just did the Seasonal events to buy the cars I wanted and do online racing. I have never gotten a level up ticket but I am level 30 now. I just do the one Supercar race on the tarmac course, 5 minutes, 500K Credits.

Does the seasonal event deny you level tickets?

Level tickets come from specific Seasonals and from completing sets of Aspec or Bspec events (e.g. Beginner, Professional, Expert levels). For seasonals, check the prize list.

Expert races in seasonal events gets you 3 tickets. Level 21, 22, and 23.
