Okay so i just relized today that i was missing one of all my all time favorite cars was missing from my garage: Lexus LFA. I baught one and i really loike the car as it is stock so i am kind of on the fence about upgrading it. Im obviously going to do the non-power upgrades but im not sure f puting the HP boosting upgrades onto it would kind of diminish the car. What should i do? Keep it stock or upgrade it? Thanks.

Buy a 2nd one, and collect the paint chips.

Buy another one to upgrade. Money seems to grow on trees in GT5, anyway.

Edit: tree'd

Hahah that was another idea that i had. I just dont really like grinding to get money that much. I like just going to online and racing in there so its kinda difficult.

Nothing that a race or two in the seasonal events can't help out with.

Yeah, money is easy to get in seasonals, almost too...

Drop the PP to 840 in a Ferrari F1, do two laps around the Green Hell and get 1.7 million dollars in about 12-13 minutes.

If I was just to upgrade the LFA and not buy a new one:

Sport Soft tires
ECU chip
Sports Manifold
LSD
Clutch
Sports/Fully Customisable Suspension

DON'T buy the Engine or Weight Stages (they're irreversible) and don't purchase an Exhaust system or transmission (the sound of the car stock is far better than the car modified)

For the LSD I'd lower the values slightly.

Suspension - lower it slightly and just overall stiffen the car to accommodate the soft tires.

Really I would only focus on handling (tires, LSD and Suspension) on this car as it would make the drive much more enjoyable and power and speed isn't exactly the cars strongest point (other cars in it's price range Blitz this...but I love it anyways) :P

Since you can't put rear aero on it, i don't recommend fully upgrading it, or it will fly off the track like a space ship

the LFA performs amazingly at 550 pp

Geez.

Buy two, keep one stock and fully tune the other.

Sigh.

buy 2 same cars if you want, do 3 seasonals and then boom, 1 million Cr

This has already been said.

Also in the OP it said he was looking to do non power upgrades so I don't see any reason for having two - one is sufficient - there are 3 setting sheets on each car and has been for a long time. The upgrades which the OP probably wants won't be permanent and therefore no reason to buy a second - unless you want one in a different colour of course (I have seven :P).

Drop it to 740pp on eifel and reap 3.6 million for 11 minutes work.

None. Create a "Stock cars only" lobby and enjoy the LFA while racing other cars. ;)

How about you leave set up 1 stock, but upgrade setup 2 to whatever you want. 👍 I love this car too. I have a racing setup, a drifting setup (it's one of my best online drifters), and my third setup is just stock

Yeah ive been driving it around stock and i love this thing so i think i might just do what you say and just get another car and just give my stock one 2 set ups and have a full mod car. Thanks for the help guys.

Buy one in every possible colour; the range of paints available are amazing, you won't be disappointed.

If you're going to tune the LFA, don't add irreversible modifications or exhaust and/ or transmission modifications; you'll ruin the car in sound and in form.

Yup, any other exhaust will ruin the V10 noise - leave it stock.

Leave the transmission stock too, it does alter the noise a bit if in cockpit view or the bumper/hood cam; sounds like a vacuum cleaner attached to the engine.

Keep it stock apart from a suspension upgrade to fully adjustable because the standard settings are well out
