I decided that I would try looking for some cars from some different countries to give the game some diversity

The only way it'll hit that acceleration estimate is if someone (rightfully) knocks it over a cliff.

Maybe they'll get to that 0-100 time if they strap an actual rocket on the back of the car. Either that, or it will catch fire. It's really a win-win situation.

You can do a lot with a gearbox, including producing a car which is utterly useless to drive on the road.
