Licence issue

hello guys, i recently bought this game and was hoping for a good time [if you know what i mean ] the problem is that when i'm trying to complete the various tests i reach the finish line and my car goes into auto-pilot mode and doesnt stop driving at this point i can press pause but nothing comes up meaning it stops driving but i cant see options to quit restart etc i can also press the ps button and close the game which will result in a shut down of the system, i can also take the disk out [while it is in the autopilot mode] and then quit to the xmb

it is really frustrating as i really love the game but cant get to play it

please help me and i'm sorry if sorry if another thread has this already but i just cant find any please please help thank you and have a nice day, from jamaica

Are you signed in on the PSN? Try racing offline, it may help--especially when you get to the endurance series.

When you complete a test wait a bit and a GT logo should pop up if you completed the challenge or a menu at the bottom if you failed. Then you can continue the game.
