License test B-5

So i have no idea if this has been posted about before. (Most likely)
But i simply cannot beat the stupid B-5 license test on Tsukuba with the 207.
And i don't know if that glitch to hit the barrier is patched or not (Also most likely)
But if anyone can give me some tips? Because i cannot get lower than a 19.025. Its driving me nuts, Literally!

Update: Finally beat it... 18.818. Please close this... Lol
