Don`t know this for sure, but I think some of the cars in the tests have the ACM & TCS( Those abbreviations may be wrong  ) turned off. To me, it seems like alot of cars in the license tests handle like crap! :ouch: Hopefully another forum member will enlighten us both :dunce: .

I agree with GrandpaLonghair. The driving aids seem to be turned off in the licence tests yet are on in game (unless you turn them off of course), and I also found that the Merc in the test handled better than the one I bought and drove stock.

maybe it used different tyres? some of the licence test cars use street tyres and most cars are much more of a joy to drive with street tyres.

So which test exactly? The one where you are chasing the skyline pace car you drive the road going 190 Evolution, however the S liscence test where your on your own you are driving the 190 Evolution race car. first make sure you have the right car, if so then turn off the driving aid's if you havent allready. if it's still not the same then start looking at tires. I doubt that the liscense test cars are modified much beyond that.

I agree with Inferno, must be either tyres being different, or the ASM and TCS stuff turned off/on ... I don't think anybody will be able to tell you WHAT it really is that makes the difference ... it could be that the License car is even tuned to all we know !? 💡

well its easy to check wether ASM and TCS was off... just do the test again... youll notice if that little triangle with an exclamationmark is flashing or not.
if it is, then it must be the tires...

/!\ <--- that triangle looks something like this

Are u sure u got the right Merc? Which test do u mean? As some1 said there are two tests were u drive the Merc. One is the road going version and the other is the Touring car version. If you have the right one then check tyres.

I deffo know . It Was The merc 190 Evo, Not The Touring car, & It Was on the Nurb,I belive, i will check for ASM & TCS, & Tires and would this also be the case with the Merc mclaren SLR which in the lisences also handles sweetly,

Cheers For the response 👍

License test IA-15 - that Merc 190 with the huge rear wing on the Nurburgring following the pace car.
That is a really nice Merc. And I believe the TCS was on for the test, not sure though. My guess in that the test car had better than stock tyres.
