I'm still b!tching and moaning about the final test in Mission Hall - and deciding that the problem probably is that I don't know the Ring well enough, I decided to go back to some of the License Tests - just driving the Ring for fun... (I'm not a Gold Junkie btw. Jut passing the test is ok with me..)
Anyway - Went back to IA15 - Evo Mercedes 190 where a 9'02.600 will get you gold. Did a few (pretty) fast attempts - just to spin off at some point - which will NOT let me learn the Ring.. So I jumped out, bought the Evo Benz, jumped into free run, and was a huge deal faster than in the test.. So I put on a set of N3s, and still, with errors, managed an 8'41.xxx...
So the question is - On what tires are the tests done ?.. N1s ? 2s ?... I'm about to try a set of 2s to see if that'll get my time down but input will be highly appreciated..
