License times not updating

I just noticed that the license times are not updating. I have definetly just beaten my old best time on IB-5, and as long as I continue trying, the new best time is displayed top right. But when I leave the test, it's still shows the old time. Happened as well with two other license tests.

Not a big deal, but annoying.
 
I don't know if this is related since i don't really look at my times but yesterday i was trying to get a few more golds and i noticed that my ghosts would not update. Sometimes i would not even have one. I managed to get a few golds regardless but it was a lot harder to see where i could improve.
