it's fortunately optional in pCARS (blurry vision trick)... I'm not really into the look to apex and the too aggressive head movement, but a race car is far from a Rolls Royce, every part is vibrating and shaking under stress and engine load, some part like bonnet often moves too... It's the kind of experience that makes the immersion to drive a race car on the edge...
ATM, when you drive a race car in GT5, it feels like you drive a very comfy big sedan rather than a real beast. An option would be the best I think instead of to forbid a good part of the audience of a nice feature.
