Lights are shining/glowing but are not lighting up the headlights/backlightsPC

My Assetto Corsa has been working completely fine up until today with all the most recent mods. I've been searching through multiple forums for 2 days now and can't find a fix.

Do you have the Car Instruments extension for CSP enabled? The URD prototype and GT cars have a similar issue where sometimes the brake lights don't turn on but leave a reflection on the ground if Car Instruments is disabled.

Yeah I have the Car Instruments extension enabled and they still don't shine on the road.

I have same problem if I dont use PP filter (in VR I dont use by fps impact). is there a way to increase headlight brightness without using PP?
