The garage in GT5 has some limitations as to the amount of cars, as well as happened in previous years, and this look I can buy without having to think about limits

There are only a little more than 1000 cars in the game. Why would the 2000 limit be a problem?

There's no limit - just put them on your other user's garage, but only when PSN is back.
