Link to a post?

Probably been asked before, but i couldn't find a thread using the search function so here it goes:

How do you link to a specific post in a thread, so when someone clicks on it he is directed immediately to the post in question?

I didn't want to start a new thread for this. @daan, there is not a post number for mobile users. (iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1 current).

Here is an example of what I'm wanting to do:

You can see in this image, the post number is missing. Is this something that is fixable @Jordan? Does tapping on the date under the user avatar & name highlight that specific post on the address bar of the browser, to be usable for "copy/paste"?

The time stamp also provides a direct link to the post. Just hold your finger over the time stamp and select "Copy".
