List of premium cars that can run snow tyres

Can anyone point me towards a list of cars that can run snow/dirt tyres?

I know the Audi R8 and the Ferrari 458 can't but I'm not sure what the reason is, I'm pretty sure the Nissan GT-R can.

Would make the game a lot more fun if any car could, possibly except the F1 type cars.

I'm pretty sure the "Grand Touring Garage" Ford Mustang Trans-Cammer can run dirt/snow tires.

He's been here since april 21st, 2012, so he/she probably thinks that, because it has a "cockpit view", it is premium...
