The Reliant Supervan also gets a set of training wheels if you put the "widebody kit" on it.

Makes that car into the ultimate sleeper
Can-Am Maverick - The smallest canards I've ever seen + Spare tyre on the rear
Hot Wheels Bone Shaker - Unique front splitter + Flaming Rear Wing
1994 Mazda MX-5 Miata - You can still change the front and rear bumpers after installing the widebody kit
Any Subaru WRX STI - You can fit a Flat-4 Rally Engine, but at a cost of Cr. 150,000, I haven't felt the need to.
Mercedes/Vovlo Racing Trucks - You can equip the mightiest of rear wings to both
These cars can be fitted with smaller wheels than stock, despite not having an Off-Road bodykit:
Alfa Romeo Stelvio (Wheel spacing options are also very generous)
BMW X6 M
VW Touareg R50

As much as I prefer lists to really long videos, it is nice to see what you're getting in this case:
Not sure if this would count as unusual but the Land Rover Series 3 FE has a 5L V8 DSC swap whilst the regular doesn’t. The regular has a racing V8 swap option instead.
FE edition can be lowered and raised more than the standard with rally suspension (which is the only suspension option it has.)
Standard model has no other tire compounds but the rally ones.

I wish the original Peel got some training wheels
