little bit confused on le mans 24 hours

tried le mans 24 hours for several times.. and I always lose... my car is Ferrari FXX full mod... but cant cope with the le man cars... now buying new car... and choosing within these 4 cars.

-peugeot 905
- jaguar xjr-9
- mercedes benz c9
- bentley speed 8

I used the SauberC9, Racing softs for the 1st stint pitted after 2 laps R softs up front R med on rear. Pitted every 2 laps after that, just don't fill your tank completely up on the pit stops or you'll lose time.
All the cars you mentioned above will do the job I just like the C9.
You can get 3 laps out of the Pescarolo protos, but it might depend on how you drive.
 
Peugot 908. Tune it right. Drive with racing hard the whole time not inters or wets. Pit every 2 laps but if you drive clean you will end with a 15 second lead.
 
I found the 787B really easy to drive and won it no problem.

None of those, the Pescarolo Judd Hybride is the way to go, very quick and controls awesome
 
I used the Peugeot 905 after trying various LeMans cars.. Still down to getting the stops right though..

I'm glad you made this thread cause I'm having difficulty as well. Alot of people tell me the delta wing but it's too slow. Granted you only have to pit once they still catch you. Ill just see what car most people say they used and get a tune on it.

I seem to recall using the Mazda 787 in GT5 for this race though.
