Live Database GT3 Race Site-- check it out!!!

Hey folks.

I am new to this MB. So far, it looks pretty inviting.

I just wanted to drop a line and extend a warm invitation to everyone here to come check out a GT3 site, http://gt3.unixdoctor.com, and bring some competitive racing. What this site offers is basic; a live database for posting records for top lap and license times for various tracks.

Its still in the design stage at this point (meaning that there are no fancy graphics and such), but the database works and the times are real. All we need right now is some follks (alot of folks) to heat up the competition. Also in the works are some individualized circuits and there will be a custom set of races with points and stuff. BUT, we need people to participate.

So, please drop by if you get a free minute and tell us what you think.

On the add the lap time page, one of the conditions says that the time for a lap can't be less than 30 seconds. What about at Super Speedway? You can get under 30 seconds pretty easily with a nice racing car. I hope you fix this. Once again, I congratulate you for making this cool site.
 
you are correct. That condition is in there, but it was inadvertantly put in there before we knew that 30 could be broken on some of the tracks. As you can see, under 30 seconds times are in there currently, but it was an oversight not to remove that text in the conidition statement. Many thanks.

Northern Virginia area....20 miles outside of Washington DC.

Nice site man! You might want to consider maybe adding a section so people can submit their car setups with their fastest laps. Great idea for a site though, now I can see just how well I stack up without search through threads.
