Livery Editor Issue

I wonder if you can help me? I'm playing GT Sport on a PS4 and am trying to use the livery editor. I have selected my car to copy from (a batmobile) and have a Hellcat in my garage that I want to add the livery from the batmobile to, but I cannot get this to work, as from the editor, the batmobile doesn't appear in my library, but if searching my library away from the editor, the batmobile appears.
I realise this may be the wrong section to post this message but I'm very confused so any help or advice would be welcome. Thanks in advance

Click on home. Make sure the car you wish is the car you are driving. Then you have a choice to ‘change car livery’
