LMP1 GT-R LM NISMO...help

Hi guys!
I'm taking part to a WEC Championship, and I decided to challenge myself choosing the most infamous car, the GTR LM.
I'm working on a setup and it's being effective, but in order to be competitive against MR LMPs I need to gain at least 0.5/1 second on my pace, and I also need to be less harsh on my front tires (just a bit)
The car is restricted to 522hp, no ballast.
I've been testing in Spa (one of the worst races in calendar for tire wear I think) and I need just a bit more of tire life to make 1 soft stint + 1 medium stint (the sprint races last 60 minutes, tire wear set to normal)

Here's my actual setup (Italic values are locked)

Suspensions
55-80
30,38 - 13,80
3-7
3-7
1-6
0,0-3,0
-0,45-0,07

Brakes (ABS 1)
4 - 9

L. S. D.

Aero and gears are locked...

At the moment in Spa I can run low 2:01 / high 2:00 with fresh tires, but Soft tires last 10 laps and Medium 13 before collapsing. I would like to improve my pace and at the same time reach 11/12 laps on Soft and at least consistent 14 on Med (14 laps = 30 minutes)
I'm not so skilled at tuning, and the car is very unique itself...
Could you guys give me a hand?
Thanks in advance :)

Edit: oh I forgot, is it better to:
1 - avoid to do oil change? (less unnecessary torque and no oil wear during a race)
2 - avoid to improve the rigidity on GTAuto? (I heard it adds only understeer to the cars)
