Loading Ghost Replays

Is anyone else having a problem where loading a ghost replay in a Licence Test (or even the Lunar missions) only works for a few tries? For instance, I load up a previous ghost and it will show up for the first run, but then stop appearing in all subsequent attempts. And no, it's not because I accidentally hit the ghost on/off button, I checked.
